SMIK - Creative Intelligence Studio LLP ("SMIK," "we," "us," "our") is a limited liability partnership registered in India (LLPIN: ACR-2464; GSTIN: 09AFSFS4515F1ZM), with its registered office at HNO-2/74, Vijay Khand, Gomti Nagar, Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh 226010, India.

1. Scope

This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website, why we collect it, and what rights you have over it. It applies to visitors to this site and to prospective clients who contact us through it. It does not govern data processed under a signed client engagement - that is addressed in the relevant agreement.

We retain enquiry and contact data for as long as needed to respond to you and pursue a potential engagement, and for a reasonable period afterward in case you re-engage, after which we delete or anonymise it. Analytics data is retained per the settings of the tools listed in our Cookie Policy.

You can ask us to:

  • Correct inaccurate information
  • Delete your information, subject to any legal retention requirement
  • Withdraw consent to marketing communications at any time

8. Regulatory Note

India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and its 2025 Rules are being rolled out in phases, with full compliance obligations - including operationalized notice, consent, and rights-handling requirements - taking effect from 13 May 2027. We intend to align our practices with the Act ahead of that date. Until then, this policy is governed by the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules made under it.

9. Children

This website is not directed at individuals under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
